Package Your Item
Place the product in its original Daniel Wellington display box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your parcel to the designated courier service; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
